East Asia Evangelization Center (EAEC) Update Activity from January to March 2025
EAEC GENERAL ASSEMBLY
The East Asia Evangelization Center (EAEC) held its General Assembly on Friday, January 10, 2025, at its headquarters. The event will include a report on the outcomes of the 2024 projects and the announcement of the 2025 project plans. Key speakers will include Joseph Sung-Yeon Cho (Chairman), Stephan Kyoung-Sik Choi (Mission Committee Chairman), Michael Won-Jun Jung (Missionary),Clara Ok-Geum Jung (Sponsorship Director), and Vincent Chang-Young Jeon (Secretary-General). The assembly aims to evaluate the completed projects and introduce plans and strategies for the upcoming year, strengthening the evangelistic mission in East Asia.
VISITED MAE TAO CLINIC, MAE SOT, THAILAND
From January 26 – February 2, 2025, The East Asia Evangelization Center (EAEC) visited Mae Tao Clinic, Mae Sot, Thailand, for a dental medical volunteer service and to engage with sister mission sites in Asia.
ASIA EVANGELIZATION ACADEMY 2025
The 2025 Asia Evangelization Academy opens at Suji Sacred Heart Center, Suwon, every Thursday from 14:00 – 16:00. Topics include Asian Evangelization Research, Chinese and Japanese Culture in Evangelization, and Missionary Experiences Abroad. The course fee is 50,000 KRW ($35), fostering deeper understanding and engagement in evangelization across Asia.
